Facilities
USANA New Zealand is a will call and warehouse facility.
We are staffed by four customer service staff in will-call and one staff member working in the warehouse.
We have two meeting rooms, which are available to book for trainings and meetings. Meeting Room 1 is a large 150-person training room with full AV equipment including laptop, two projectors/screens, and whiteboard. Meeting Room 2 is a smaller 50-person training room with full AV equipment to hold meetings—all you need to bring is your laptop. For our Diamond Directors, Vision Award winners, and Million Dollar Club members, we have the VIP room, which is our “soft room”—with a double couch and armchairs offering a more relaxed atmosphere.
Directions
USANA’s New Zealand office is located in Auckland’s Greenlane, approximately 10 minutes from CBD and 15–20 minutes from the Auckland International Airport. The best way to reach us is by car. If traveling from the city, take SH1 and take the Greenalne East off-ramp, turn left onto Greenlane East, and turn right at the first set of lights onto Ellerslie Racecourse Drive. At the roundabout, turn right into Ascot Ave., and then enter our driveway by going straight through the next roundabout. USANA is located in the right-hand building on Level 1, on the left side.
