USANA Mobile Hub App

With our new USANA Mobile Hub app, the world is your office. Run your business from your smartphone or tablet anywhere you can connect to the Internet.

Now you’re free to roam. And while you’re exploring the wide world, you can check your volume report, access your personalized collection of widgets from The Hub, watch and share our amazing videos, shop USANA on the go, and stay current on important USANA news.

The Mobile Hub app quickly links you to the True Health Assessment (THA) and provides easy access to our powerful online enrollment tool. Subscribers to the Business Accelerator Suite can take advantage of Team Manager and easily build custom reports right in the app.

We have received a lot of questions about the app, so here are a few answers that we hope you find helpful.

USANA Mobile Hub App Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the USANA Mobile Hub app?
A: The app shows a mobile-enhanced version of The Hub. It also lets you quickly and easily complete tasks like viewing your volume report and receiving the latest updates from USANA.

It’s available on any Android or iOS mobile device—including smartphones and tablets, such as an iPad. Simply download the app, install on your mobile device, and start running your business on the go.

Q: What is the difference between visiting USANA.com or The Hub from a computer and using the mobile application?
A: When you visit USANA.com or The Hub from a computer, you see our full range of information and tools. People using mobile devices often want to complete specific tasks, such as viewing reports or viewing Health & Freedom Solutions. The Mobile Hub app makes it easy to access our most popular tools.

Q: Can I visit USANA.com from my phone?
A: Yes. Use your mobile web browser to navigate to USANA.com.

Q: Is it free to download the Mobile Hub app?
A: Yes. We do not charge to download our mobile application. However, certain features are only available to our Business Accelerator Suite subscribers.

Q: How do I get started?
A: First, you need to download the app. Then you select the Hub icon from your device to start the application. Finally, log in using the same information you would with the web version of The Hub.

Q: What can I do with the USANA Mobile Hub app?
A: The app lets you do many different things:
  • View your widgets
  • View your volume report
  • Generate Team Manager reports (Business Accelerator Suite only)
  • Receive important notifications
  • Watch Health & Freedom Solutions
  • Take the True Health Assessment
  • Access the latest USANA news

Q: Will there be additional features added to the Mobile Hub?
A: Yes. We will continue to identify and add useful new features.

Q: How do I change the widgets that display in the app?
A: The widgets in the app are the same ones you have on your Hub homepage. That means you’ll need to log on to The Hub—through the website, not the app—and select the best widgets for your web and mobile experience.

Q: What will happen to my old USANA app?
A: All of our energy is focused on making Mobile Hub the best app for your business. So we would suggest moving away from the old app, even though it will still function if you have it on your device.

Q: Can I use the application without a valid username and password?
A: No. For your safety, you must sign in with your username and password.

Q: How can I be sure my secure information is safe if my mobile device is stolen?
A: You should always use a password to protect your device. Contact your wireless service provider to have your stolen device deactivated. We recommend you also change your password in The Hub.

Q: I clicked on a widget and it sent me to a browser outside of the app. What happened?
A: You didn’t do anything wrong. When you click on certain static widgets, the app opens up a browser window so you can view the content you requested. You’ll need to close the browser window and reopen Mobile Hub to continue using the app. We are working to change that functionality, and hope to incorporate it into an upcoming update.
