Q. What is MyHealthPak™?
A. MyHealthPak is a customized nutritional supplement pack that gives you complete power to choose the USANA® Nutritionals you need and have them conveniently packed in individual packs of morning and evening servings. And your name is even printed on the box and on each individual pack!
Q. What is the difference between MyHealthPak and USANA HealthPak™?
A. The USANA HealthPak, available in some markets, is not customizable. Its morning and evening packs typically contain the Essentials™, AO Booster™, and Active Calcium™. MyHealthPak allows full customization, as well as convenience.
Q. How many individual packs are there in a MyHealthPak box?
A. Each MyHealthPak is designed to contain a four-week supply of your personalized combination of USANA Nutritionals. There are 28 AM packets and 28 PM packets in each box.
Q. Who can order MyHealthPak?
A. MyHealthPak is available to all USANA Distributors and Preferred Customers, with the exception of those who reside in China, Thailand, Mexico, or countries in Europe with PC-only status. Also, MyHealthPak is not available to Distributors or Preferred Customers who are placing their first order with USANA.
Those who reside in North America and Europe will receive MyHealthPak from the United States, whereas those in the Asia-Pacific region will receive MyHealthPak from Singapore. Only Distributors in the United States and Singapore, however, can promote and retail MyHealthPak to their customers. MyHealthPak orders shipped outside the United States and Singapore are “Not for Resale” (NFR) and are strictly available for personal use.
Q. Why isn’t MyHealthPak sold in Thailand or Mexico?
A. Due to regulatory and import restrictions, it is unlikely that customers in those markets who purchase MyHealthPak would ever receive their orders. Consequently, USANA decided not to offer MyHealthPak in those markets at this time.
Q. Why am I not allowed to resell MyHealthPak to customers outside the United States and Singapore?
A. Each country has its own nutritional supplement regulations. While MyHealthPak meets formulation and labeling requirements for sale in the United States and Singapore, it is not labeled for resale elsewhere.
Q. Can I order MyHealthPak through Auto Order?
A. Yes, any participating market except Hong Kong and Taiwan can order MyHealthPak through Auto Order online. It is highly recommend you put MyHealthPak on Auto Order for the convenience of receiving a regular supply of top-quality supplements that are personalized to meet your needs.

Q. How many pills can I put in a MyHealthPak?
A. There is an eight-pill minimum per day, but you may include up to eight tablets/capsules per pack. Feel free to put different pills in your AM and PM packs, if you want. After all, MyHealthPak is all about you and your health.
Q. Can I choose different tablet combinations for my morning and evening packs?
A. Yes, as long as those combinations add up to a minimum of eight pills total per day.
Q. I currently take more than eight tablets every morning. Does this mean I still have to buy some products in bottles, in addition to MyHealthPak?
A. Not necessarily. There are a number of ways to overcome the maximum limit of eight tablets in a MyHealthPak packet:
-
Choose “Super Pills”
If you currently take Proflavanol® C100, CoQuinone® 30, or Visionex® you can switch to their “super-strength” equivalent, which not only lowers your tablet count, but can also save you money! For example, you can add Proflavanol® C200 to your MyHealthPak, which contains six times the strength of regular Proflavanol in a single tablet.
-
Set up AM and PM packs for one dose
Alternatively, you can put half your single-dose tablets into the AM pack and the other half into the PM packs, and then take the AM and PM packs together with one meal. You would then order a MyHealthPak once every two weeks, or two per month.
Q. Why can’t I make certain tablet combinations in MyHealthPak?
A. USANA has set a limit to some types of vitamins and minerals for long-term, daily consumption. You will be prevented from ordering a combination of tablets that would result in one or more nutrients exceeding the recommended daily limits.
Q. Why is the expiration date on MyHealthPak only four months from the time it was manufactured?
A. MyHealthPak gives you convenience and personalization, but the individual packs are not as strong a barrier against heat and humidity as the bottles are. Each MyHealthPak contains 56 packs that last 28 days with daily consumption—well within the four-month “Use By” date.
Q. How many MyHealthPaks can I order at a time?
A. You may order three MyHealthPaks at the same time, unless you live in Singapore or the United States. There are no purchase restrictions for those who live in markets where MyHealthPak is available for retail sale. While those who live in NFR markets are restricted to three MyHealthPak purchases per order, there are no restrictions to the number of orders a person may place.
Q. Why are people in NFR markets limited to purchasing three MyHealthPaks at a time?
A. Each box of MyHealthPak is designed to hold a 28-day supply of your personalized Nutritionals. Purchasing more than a three-month supply is not advisable for two reasons:
-
The “Use By” date for a MyHealthPak is four months from the time it was manufactured, so it is wise to order one box each month for the freshest products.
-
If you are ordering from outside Singapore or the United States, it may be difficult to justify to your local Customs officials that a big order is for personal consumption only, and not for re-sale.
Q. How can I purchase MyHealthPaks as gifts if I’m limited to only three at a time?
A. Those living in NFR markets are only limited to three MyHealthPaks per order. You may, however, place multiple online orders that will each be shipped separately. If you travel to Singapore or the United States and purchase more than three MyHealthPaks, you may not be allowed to bring the additional products through Customs back into your country or you may be charged a customs fee.
Q. If I order multiple MyHealthPaks at the same time, can I distribute the Sales Volume Points to my account over the next three months?
A. No. All Sales Volume Points will be applied to your account at the same time.
Q. Can I split the Sales Volume Points generated from a MyHealthPak order between two Business Centers?
A. No. You may choose where to place the Sales Volume Points generated from a MyHealthPak order, but those points cannot be split.
Q. How much does MyHealthPak cost? Why can’t I find it listed on the Price List?
A. The price and volume points of MyHealthPak are based on the number and type of tablets and capsules you choose to put in it, so two people can end up with very different prices for their MyHealthPak.
Q. Can I purchase a MyHealthPak and re-sell it to a retail customer?
A. Yes. You may re-sell MyHealthPak to a customer in Singapore or the United States. You may not re-sell MyHealthPak to customers in other NFR countries, such as Australia, Taiwan, or Canada. Distributors in countries outside of Singapore or the United States may only order MyHealthPak for their own consumption, not for re-sale.
Q. What if my MyHealthPak order gets delayed in Customs?
A. You will be responsible for working with customs to receive your product, including any duties or fees that are assessed.
Q. What is the difference between “Profile Name” and “Name”?
A. A profile name saves your MyHealthPak selection, and each time you return to the MyHealthPak ordering website you can load your previously saved profile without having to enter the details again. The name field allows you to personalize what name you would like to print on the MyHealthPak box and individual AM and PM packs.
You can save up to 7 profiles, and enter up to 25 characters for the profile name and name fields.
Q. Can I enter Chinese/Japanese/Korean characters in the “Profile Name” and “Name” fields?
You may enter non-Roman characters and numerals in the “Profile Name” field for your reference. However, the “Name” field will only accept Roman characters, as the MyHealthPak packaging machine can currently print only Roman alphabetical and numerical characters.

Q. Are the tablets and capsules in MyHealthPak the same formulation as those I buy in bottles in my country?
A. No. The tablets in MyHealthPak are what USANA sells in the United States. In addition, there are some tablets (e.g. Proflavanol C200) that are only available in MyHealthPak.
Q. Is MyHealthPak available in European Union countries with PC-only status?
A. No. Not at this time.
Q. Will USANA ship MyHealthPak to a Distributor or Preferred Customer in a USANA market outside the United States (e.g. Canada or France)?
A. Yes, provided that order is for the personal consumption of the Distributor or Preferred Customer. In other words, the order will be shipped “Not For Resale” (NFR) to the customer’s doorstep. A shipping fee will be added to the order, and customers in other countries are responsible to clear local Customs and pay any applicable duties and fees. Note: MyHealthPak will NOT be sold or shipped to European Union countries with PC-only status.
Q. Can customers outside the United States order MyHealthPak and pay for it in their local currencies?
A. Yes. Each market will pay in its local currency.
Q. Why do Distributors in one country pay less for the same MyHealthPak than Distributors in another country?
A. Even though MyHealthPaks are shipped from the United States, their price in each country can differ for a number of reasons—one of which is the difference in currency exchange rates USANA uses to pay commission in different countries. These, and other factors, affect the cost of the product in each market.
